1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of martinvictor.com and any voice acting, narration, or related services provided by Martin Victor, located in Bloomingdale, Georgia. By accessing this website or engaging Martin Victor for services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Martin Victor provides professional voice acting and narration services including but not limited to:
Book trailer narration
TV and film trailer narration
Car advertisement narration
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) recording
Medical narration
Motorsports announcing
Product and service promotional announcements
Character voices
Short film narration
Seasonal and specialty recordings
3. Payment Terms
First time clients are required to pay in full before recording begins
Returning clients may be considered for deposit arrangements at Martin Victor’s discretion depending on the nature and scope of the project
All payments are non-refundable once work has been delivered and approved by the client
Failure to submit payment may result in withholding of deliverables
4. Script Submission
The client is responsible for submitting a final, approved script before recording begins
Martin Victor will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or changes required after recording has commenced based on the submitted script
Scripts should be proofread and approved by all relevant parties before submission
5. Revisions
One revision is included at no additional charge if the client is dissatisfied with the delivered recording, provided the original approved script has not been altered in any way
If the client alters the script in any way after recording has been completed and delivered, re-recording will be considered a new project and additional fees will apply
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of the original recording
Additional revisions beyond the included one will be subject to additional fees
6. Delivery
Standard delivery turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from receipt of the approved script and payment
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on project complexity, length, and circumstances beyond Martin Victor’s control including but not limited to technical difficulties, illness, or emergencies
Martin Victor will communicate any delays as promptly as possible
7. Intellectual Property
All original recordings produced by Martin Victor remain the intellectual property of Martin Victor until full payment has been received
Upon receipt of full payment the client receives a license to use the delivered recording for its intended purpose as agreed upon at the time of booking
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of delivered recordings is strictly prohibited

8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring all submitted scripts comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights
Martin Victor reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with his values or contains content he deems inappropriate, offensive, or illegal
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for any content included in submitted scripts
9. Limitation of Liability
Martin Victor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question
Martin Victor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered recordings
Martin Victor is not responsible for how delivered recordings are used once full payment has been received and files transferred
10. Confidentiality
Martin Victor treats all client projects and communications with strict confidentiality
Project details will not be shared with third parties without the client’s express written consent
Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement for sensitive projects
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
12. Changes to Terms
Martin Victor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect. Continued use of services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
