1. Services
Martin Victor provides professional voice acting and narration services including but not limited to commercials, IVR recordings, narrations, documentaries, promos, trailers, and character voices. All services are performed and delivered from a professional home recording studio located in Bloomingdale, Georgia.
2. Pricing
All rates listed on this website are base rates. Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, length, usage rights, and specific requirements. All prices are listed in US dollars.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full prior to recording for first-time clients. Returning clients may be considered for deposit arrangements at the sole discretion of Martin Victor. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of order.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from receipt of payment and all project materials. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
5. Revisions
Minor revisions to pacing, pronunciation, or tone are included with your order. Revisions resulting from changes to the original script or direction after recording has begun may incur additional charges.
6. Usage Rights
Base rates cover personal and limited business use only. Commercial rights, broadcast rights, and other expanded usage rights are available as add-ons and must be purchased prior to recording. Unauthorized use of delivered recordings beyond the scope of purchased rights is strictly prohibited.
7. Deliverables
Final recordings are delivered digitally in the agreed upon file format. Split files and background music are available as add-ons. Martin Victor retains the right to use completed work in a portfolio or demo reel unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled before recording begins may be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after recording has begun are not eligible for a refund. If Martin Victor is unable to complete your project, a full refund will be issued.
9. Intellectual Property
All original vocal performances created by Martin Victor remain the intellectual property of Martin Victor until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, usage rights transfer to the client as outlined in the agreed scope of work.
10. Limitation of Liability
Martin Victor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered recordings. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Effingham County, Georgia.
12. Changes to These Terms
Martin Victor reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
